NOTE: LEVEL 1-GUPPIES AND PARENT & CHILD- 30 MINUTE LESSONS ALL OTHER LEVELS 45 MINUTE LESSON

Bring a towel (labeled with name)
 and goggles (if needed) to each lesson.
Given the large size of our groups, your child may spend time out of the water while others are working with the Instructor or Assistant in pool. Children will be asked to remain at the pool’s edge to observe others in their group. For this reason, it is helpful to have an extra dry towel nearby
Children may be offered a small candy
reward after weekly lessons are completed.
If there are any food allergies we should be aware of, please advise the Swim Lesson Coordinators.
Regular attendance is vital and will be taken at the beginning of each lesson.  Please make every effort to be at your scheduled lessons on time. If you know in advance that you will be absent, please advise the instructor.

Lessons may be given in the clubhouse on days that weather prevents us from being in the pool. General water safety will be covered. Swim testing will begin after review. Your child will be tested by an American Red Cross Water Safety Certified Instructor and will pass testing for their level only if they can demonstrate the required skills.

We encourage you to keep an open dialogue with your child’s Instructor for feedback on their progress. Our Instructors and Lifeguards will teach your child water safety and the necessary skills in a positive and fun manner. If it is possible for you to remain on the Beach Club property during lessons, we encourage you to do so. We appreciate your keeping a watchful eye.
